I think the fact that they are iconic or whatever and can be remade isn't necessarily connected to this but there is, they say, a bug relating to iconic items with this flag. I haven't tried it yet because the crafting and upgrading options were so awful. 2. Delete saved data and reserved space and try downloading your saves from cloud that also didn't work for me. 3. After doing all above the only thing that worked for me was holding my consoles power button down for a while and opening the game back up and downloading my saves from cloud.
