Latios, Starmie, and Metagross are no doubt three of the best Pokemon to use in the Frontier. I won every silver symbol except the Factory using at least one of those three. I think the Leftovers is more suited for the Latios than Starmie. I was never a fan of using Choice Band; I used a type boosting item instead. It's bulky as hell, and a decent physical attacker. It could easily soak up hits and was a perfect mon to place a Rocky Helmet on. I used it mostly for Aqua Tail and Heavy Slam coverage.
